Combating Antiwhite Training
Session 6: Allyship & Bystander Intervention
Antiwhites will tell you they have no voice, but with Go Free, we have the power to amplify ours.
Session six of Combating Antiwhitism Training demonstrates how antiwhites want to shut down anything that contradicts their antiwhite narrative. White Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader Biospirit of the West shared the session during a recent Seeds of the Shade Tree Twitter/X space. The lessons are part of an eight-part workshop West developed to combat the “anti-racism” training that many are forced to take in the workplace.
“If you were doing the anti-racism training in your employment, you would be a little bit further than halfway through the awful experience,” West said. “This section would be about 20 to 40 minutes long, and it’s called the Allyship and Bystander Intervention. Typically, they have a call-in versus call-out section, which is about private correction, public accountability, and de-escalation techniques.”
“Then they have something called the ‘bystander models’, to distract, delegate, direct, delay and document. And they are going to go over ‘inclusion behaviors’, which are actually exclusive to and excluding to Whites, but they call it inclusive. That would be ‘amplifying quieter voices’, ‘avoiding interruptions’, and ‘sharing opportunities equitably’. So, you notice we have again all of the antiwhite little words here.”
These antiwhite words and more are outlined in the book, Go Free, A Guide to Aligning with the Archetype of Westernkind, by Jason Kohne. White positive lexicon and concepts in the Go Free method of argumentation empower us against antiwhitism, and are the basis of West’s workshop. This training session is very female-oriented, West noted, where “girl bosses” are encouraged to treat everyone like a child in a nursery room.
“Employees will be encouraged to complain about others to HR and given ‘bystander tactics’ to give them the feeling of being heroes battling the evil White villain—known in the antiwhite narrative as ‘the racist’. Look no further than the anti-ICE antiwhite terrorists in the news for the ‘allyship and bystander intervention’ framework currently being utilized in real time,” he said.
Antiwhites want to amplify anything which supports the antiwhite narrative and which is harmful to Whites. This is the “amplifying quieter voices” part, implying that antiwhites do not have a voice, whereas they have all the voice, West pointed out.
“They will shut down anyone contradicting their antiwhite position, which is the ‘avoiding interruptions’ part. They will take well-earned rewards from competent, qualified Whites and give them to nonwhites who are unable to meet objective standards. This is the ‘sharing opportunities equitably’ part,” he explained.
Seeds of the Shade Tree co-host Robert thanked West for the hard work he was doing. He pointed out how in these antiwhite trainings, the truth is completely flipped backwards.
“Almost 100 percent of the time when you’re dealing with these antiwhites and their arguments, the shaming and the way they’re intentionally making us feel, it’s an inversion of reality—our lived reality right now, the Antiwhite Narrative being an inversion of reality that none of us were there to experience,” Robert said.
Co-host Justin McDaniel agreed, calling the antiwhite training disgusting.
“Especially this part, because it essentially makes it where White people aren’t allowed to voice their grievances or anything that is antiwhite against them,” McDaniel said. “It’s only the nonwhites who perceive any kind of slight against them, regardless of whether it was intended or not, who are the ones that are supposed to be heard above all. Your voice is pretty much taken away from you as a White person. And what the other person has perceived as a discriminatory act against them is taken many times as gospel, and you’re not allowed to give your side in those situations.”
Kohne thanked West for presenting the series, calling it a much-needed rebuttal. Terms like “inclusivity” and “sharing opportunities equitably” are antiwhite Meme Pathogens, which is “the language of excluding Whites”, he said.
“This is the cunning of the devil,” Kohne said. “That’s what you’re up against when you’re talking to antiwhites. ‘We’re here to make everybody feel good and to have these fair outcomes.’ And then they can argue ‘well, we’re hiring the female, we’re hiring the nonwhite, to be fair to everybody, to give an opportunity to everybody out there’. But they’re overrepresented here, that means White males are being discriminated against on the basis of their birth. ‘Oh well, White males of the past, not you, but White males of some other mythical age during which we can claim anything happened, for which we can inflict any injury on the living White males of today’”.
“It’s all about victimizing us. And that’s one of the hardest points to take home for White people when we first start speaking to them. It’s not about making things better for Blacks. That’s the cover story. It’s not about making things fair for girls. They’re all your bosses now,” he said.
White men—our brothers-- are completely disempowered in these antiwhite training sessions, up against the forked tongue of the devil, Kohne stressed. And trainers who promulgate antiwhite concepts like “sharing opportunities equitably” deserve to be “thrown into a hellfire,” he remarked.
“But until we can do that, we have to wage war with concepts and ideas, and that’s where we win. That’s where the battlefield is. That’s what we refuse to look at, and it’s why we lost the West, but that is what Go Free is all about,” Kohne said.
